Performs general facilities and grounds maintenance on the common areas and trail systems throughout Forest Heights 700 acre homeowners association located in the West Hills overlooking Beaverton, OR. Duties include removal of invasive plant species, maintenance of trail system and park, construction and repair of small structures such as signs, bridges, refuse cans, trail markers, benches and picnic areas. Work with Maintenance Leader and other duties and functions as assigned. Additional duties are seasonal and will be described in detail in an interview. If you like working outdoors year around, this is the job for you! Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Paid benefits and PTO as well. Starting wage is commensurate with experience.
