Rehoming a year old german shepherd

Description

I have to rehome my German shepherd puppy who is 1 year old. She is up to date on all vaccines. She is VERY shy and timid, but she isn’t afraid of cars or bicycles when walking. She pulls on the leash until she gets over her excitement, and then she walks well. She is not aggressive, but she is very fearful of new people. Once she warms up to you, she is glued to your hip. She loves cuddling in bed if you let her. She doesn’t get into the trash or destroy anything she isn’t supposed to have. She does fine when she is left loose in the house at night, she mostly just stays in her spot where her bed is at in the living room. However, I am rehoming her because she is an escape artist. She can jump over the 6 ft wooden fence in our backyard, and she attempts to dart out the doors or windows whenever she sees an opportunity. I live next to a very busy road, and I am afraid for her safety. At the moment, I cannot afford private lessons to help with this. It is affecting both our quality of lives, and I think it is best she goes to a home that knows how to deal with this issue. Please email me with any questions. I am asking a $350 rehoming fee. I will have her medical records available and a bag of food to wean her onto whatever new food you choose to feed her.
