Need ASAP 3 EXTERIOR/INTERIOR CARPENTERS

I’m looking for 3 experienced carpenters with minimum 5yrs plus in exterior/interior work. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS TO GET THE JOB DONE no exceptions! Must have experience in windows/siding/roofing/doors/drywall/decks/painting/trim/framing/cabinets/countertops/tile/bathroom remodels/ etc. pls you must have reliable transportation and a phone too communicate! Be professional always/no drugs/alcohol/ must be in time too work everyday / respectful/ work good with others. I have a lot of work to be done so don’t have time to waste so pls only if you are serious to work and want to work permanently or part time but need 3 permanent carpenters if all works out. I have a 2 day trial at a flat rate too see if you can do what you say you can do in work and quality work at a good space. But after that I’m very fair on wages as long as I see after trial you can do it.
