Need access to loading dock

I'm looking for an hour or so of access to a commercial loading dock for delivery of a piece of furniture. Please let me know if anyone has access to the dock that can accommodate delivery from an 18 wheeler. I'm willing to pay for access. Thank you in advance for your help!
