Remove lights and install new Pine tree

Need some bids on removing set of Christmas Lights from a (about 22 Foot) pine tree, then come back another day and install a new set. I need to get the first set removed so the tree can be trimmed first. Then come back another day for reinstalling new set. Attached is a picture.
