Starting a new company that services short term rentals homes. I am looking for a full time Maintenance person (handy man) to service the rental homes. Homes are located in the Tobyhanna and Mount Poconos areas. (Maybe arrowhead lakes too). Must have experience in -Electrical -drywall repair -plumbing -carpentry -Lawn care -snow removal and related fields Daily routine is to keep rentals in great condition, fix issues, inspect homes and report. **Requirements: •valid drivers license. • Must have transportation •Tools. (I can provide tools if needed). Starting Pay is $20/hr (check).
