Cable Warehouse looking for a SUPERVISOR. Cable Warehouse Sales is a leader in the Broadband / Telecommunications industry. Qualifications: • Organization • Planning • Time management • Reporting skills • Inventory control • Documentation skills • Data entry skills • Dependability Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Basic Math skills • Ability to lift 50-70lbs to move product • 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities • Ability to work with all levels of company staff • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback • Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date Responsibilities: • Completes shipments by processing and loading orders. • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. • Maintains forklift, scales, and wrapper by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs. • Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. • Provides quality service by following organization standards. • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. • Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Completes reports by entering required information. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
