Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Ability to safely use power tools including a metal brake.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.
Ability to prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.
Skilled at using a metal brake to trim windows and doors.
Reviewing project details with customers in their home.
Experience working on a ladder or scaffolding.
Skills we look for:
Minimum 2 years of window and door installation related experience.
Cooperative, easy going personality when dealing with customers.
Ready to learn as well as teach others so that we all improve together.
Having a positive, safety focused outlook.
Able to work 9-10 hour days if needed and OT on Saturday mornings.
