ABOUT YOU The Window Treatment Installer is a critical member of our team. You will handle installation of window treatments in our client’s homes in a variety of surface from metal, cement, brick and drywall. You will provide exceptional customer service and leave the client’s home with not only a beautifully installed window treatment—and no other trace that you were in their home! In short, the Window Treatment Installer ensures the highest quality end-product is installed at the highest-level workmanship. In addition, your positive attitude and reassuring professionalism allows you to build strong relationships and quickly resolve conflicts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Interact with all clients in a professional and service-oriented mindset • Install new window coverings, including but not limited to blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized products • Must confidently install in a wide range of surfaces from wood to drywall to metal, brick, and cement • Remove old window coverings and dispose of them properly • Troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field • Perform in-field window covering repair • Leave client’s home clean and free from damage, debris, dust, etc. • Turn in all required paperwork and field reports and collect balances from clients • Effectively work with owners and admin staff and sales associates in a small team environment. Be able to give effective and quality feedback on any field issues • Work with Installation Manager to maximize efficiencies • Maintain work van, tools, and equipment in clean and operational condition POSITION DETAILS: The Window Treatment Installer will report to the President and work directly with the Operations and Sales Departments, and with our vendors. Hours will typically be 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F but may vary with the season. The salary ranges from $37,500 to $70,000 depending on your experience and includes incentive bonuses.
