Property Impressions LLC is a family owned business developed in Phoenix Arizona and has been operating constructively and successfully for three years and running strong. We are rapidly growing and looking for the right candidate to join our family. Description: Property Impressions LLC is looking for an additional part time to full time cleaner to perform general housekeeping tasks while following a specific check list based on the unit needs. We offer weekly pay, all supplies are provided. We offer gas allowance and a uniform shirt after 30day completion of probation period. We offer incentives such as: after 10 consecutive clean units with no complaints receive a bonus of $100 on next check. Refer a friend and receive a day off with pay (8hrs) Responsibilities: Show up on time to the property Be dressed and well groomed Speak in a respectful, professional manner Provide a valid drivers license to the property to receive keys to open the unit Be able to lift supplies and transport to the unit Take before and after photos to show a job well done to clients. Be ready to perform housekeeping tasks such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening of furniture, removal of waste, cleaning inside/ outside of all drawers, cabinets, appliances, toilets, bathtubs, shower, back patio, storage area and porch. May be asked to clean office, gym, computer room, common area, pool area, dog park, and grounds. Removal of cobwebs, dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of pet waste, non-organic waste and other debris from inside/ outside unit. Must be able to fill out checklist for EVERY UNIT and turn it in to manager at the end of every week Requirements: Must be available Monday- Friday as early as 7:00am- 5:00pm Must have own cell phone to receive schedule from app, take photos and email at the end of day Must have a valid Arizona drivers License Must have own reliable transportation to get to and from each unit during the day and be able to pick up/ drop off supplies at the office in a professional and timely manner Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors/ rodents/ insects Must be able to follow directions and comply with policies and procedure of the company Must be able to work with a team or individually Must be able to follow dress code Must be able to perform other duties upon request Must submit a resume for consideration
