Description
We are looking for someone with 5+ STRONG years of experience working in (preferably residential) construction doing Estimates and Purchasing. Will also have some ON-SITE Project Management responsibilities. Position will evolve with time and growth of business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
TAKE OFFS
PRICING OUT MATERIALS
KEEPING THE SCHEDULE FOR THE JOB (IE: WHEN INSPECTIONS NEED TO BE SCHEDULED, MAINTAINING SCHEDULE OF DELIVERIES FOR EACH STAGE OF THE BUILD, ETC)
MANAGING EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CUSTOMER, HANDLING QUESTIONS WHEN THEY COME UP, AND TAKING CARE OF ANY VENDOR RELATIONS REGARDING THEIR BUILD
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. The office location is in Deal, NJ so being able to comfortably commute here is a must.
