Skilled Handyman Wanted

Hello! I manage 3 properties in Logan Square, Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville and I'm about to manage a fourth up in Edgewater/Rogers Park. I'm looking for a reliable handyman that I can call on for miscellaneous repairs when needed. Ideally you are someone who can do pretty much everything from plumbing and drywall repair to simple and not so simple repairs. I currently have the need to fix a couple drafts in one of my properties which requires getting into some tight and likely dirty spaces to seal up openings and install insulation. If that is something you can help with, great! If not, I still recommend reaching out as I will have more jobs in the future as something always need fixing in the future. If you are interested please let me know by telling me your level of experience and what type of work you are able to do. As mentioned above, your willingness to do some dirty jobs is a plus. If you have good references, that is a plus too! I can pay by the job or hourly plus materials. It is important to me to pay you on time for a job well done!
