Construction Project - Framing, Drywall, Insert Window

Hello, I am a property owner and need to: 1. frame + drywall a stairwell. ~ I own a building and the upstairs is hot. Why? The AC unit is mounted directly above the stairwell and blows 95% of the cold air, straight down into the stairwell, chilling the downstairs area...instead of the upstairs. ~ scaffolding will be needed, and is rentable around town 2. Insert window into a metal building ~ The same upstairs space has no windows. This is a steel building. I want to install a window, approximately 2x6' to let more light into the space 3. Spray foam / insulate the roof. ~ As mentioned the upstairs is hot in the Summer. Spray foam may be an option. I'd like to find a person or team who can work on the project quickly, has experience with such projects and can procure the materials and complete the project. Thanks for replying with your 1.
