We're hiring construction professionals to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing & managing the work delivered by subcontractors, executing carpentry projects, general maintenance needs & requests to maintain & improve facilities. Rose and Remington is a company of 40+ retail stores across 6 states that require general maintenance and repairs. Light travel is involved to perform planned and emergency maintenance in these stores. Responsibilities: Performing carpentry & using shop equipment Traveling to facilities based on need & urgency Installing light fixtures, ballasts & outlets Fixing light plumbing needs (unclogging drains, toilets, vanities & repairs) Overseeing and coordinating work completed by subcontractors Reporting travel expenses & receipts Camera install & maintenance Purchasing & delivering supplies for projects Reviewing maintenance requests & giving direction on solutions Emergency travel Organizing and tracking receipts Truck & personal hand tools required Qualifications: strong carpentry experience highly organized ability to build processes 2+ years general electrical experience 2+ years general plumbing experience
