Building a railing

Hi, I’m not really sure where to post this but I’m looking for someone who can build a small railing for my disabled sister. She just moved into a new place recently and the back 3 steps don’t have a railing. I can’t afford much but without the railing she can rarely leave the house. If you can or know someone who can, please please let me know. It doesn’t have to be anything extreme. Just something where she won’t fall.
