Dazzling Nights is an immersive, walk-through holiday event. It will be returning to Jacksonville this year with all new installations, a live show, and more! Memoir Agency is looking for personable, energetic, and hard-working people to join our event staff for Dazzling Nights Jacksonville at the Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. Our staff will transform the gardens into a winter wonderland, and help us provide a great guest experience for all who visit! Position Overview: Pre-Show: -Staff will assist in the load-in of our lighting installations, sets, and other production elements (eg. Audio, Lighting) as well as load-out following the event. -Staff will be expected to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods. -Staff may be asked to lift objects without an established maximum weight, though most objects will be below 50 lbs. **Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.** During the Event: -Staff will interact directly with our guests, in a variety of positions: -Ticket Scanning -Parking -Merchandise -and more -Staff will help promote event safety by monitoring attendees for signs of disruptive behavior, like excessive intoxication. -Staff will assist guests in finding their way throughout the gardens, as well as providing general crowd control.
