FIELD SUPERVISOR - this position is in the Phoenix marketplace. Leader in commercial construction cleaning industry needs a take-charge hands-on individual with proven leadership abilities to assist with dispatch and supervise crews at various locations throughout the valley. Knowledge and experience in construction, janitorial, manufacturing, or similar environment. is essential. You will be responsible for leading and directing all field personnel. You will work with and report directly to Vice President of Operations. Essential Functions: • Responsible for daily supervision of field personnel. • Responsible for supervising and scheduling projects; • Responsible for quality control over all projects; • Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations; • Responsible for field operations to meet company and client objectives; • Direct all field personnel to ensure successful and profitable completion of all projects; Experience Desired: • Experience supervising personnel in a construction, janitorial, manufacturing, or similar environment. • Three (3) years of Management duties for similar organizations; • Ability to interact and produce results with employees, supervisors, and customers • Possession of a valid Arizona Drivers license with clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) 36 month • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred We are an industry leader with the ability to recognized individuals whose contributions make the difference.
