Rehoming dog

Female dog almost 2 years old. I got her from someone a month ago, she is very high energy and loves going on walks. Her name is Molly, she loves affection and does great with kids, cats, and other dogs. There is a rehoming fee. She is an Aussie mix. The reason I am rehoming her is because she needs a fenced in yard, anytime my kids open the door she runs out to play, she always come back but it is becoming an issue with my neighbors. She is house trained, she is crate trained as well.
