CARROLL BRADFORD is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman. The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for leading the Landscape Crew on all residential and commercial properties. Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in maintaining residential and commercial properties. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the landscape crew. Keeping an accurate count of job site materials and work done. Report to the Director of Landscape daily. Qualifications: MUST have a verifiable safe driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle. MUST pass a company background check. Must be able to use all equipment associated with lawn maintenance. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, including repeated bending and kneeling. Must be detail oriented, organized, and have great customer service skills. Bilingual preferred.
