Two 4-hour focus groups will take place on Tuesday, November 1 in Modesto. The morning session will run from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and the afternoon session from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Snacks and beverages will be offered. We are looking for a diversity of input and feedback, so if you enjoy engaging conversation and problem solving, please fill out the following questionnaire completely and submit by Thursday, October 20 to be considered. If chosen to participate you will be sent notification by Monday, October 24. You will need to accept (or decline) the invitation by noon on Tuesday, October 25 otherwise your space will be offered to another. Payment of $120 via an Amazon E-Gift Card will be tendered within two days following. You will be required to present your photo ID upon check-in. We look forward to having you join in the discussion!
