Looking to rehome 1yr old male Siamese Cat

I have a male Siamese cat that I need to rehome due to moving, I can't keep him. I can provide litterbox(breeze litter box), cat tower, toys, some food, auto feeder and cat water fountain (needs filter). He is almost 2 years old, very friendly he likes being around people. He enjoys a quiet environment, he gets scared with loud noises. He talks a lot, he doesn't like getting carried. He is neutered. He has been scratching his neck and may need it get checked but otherwise he’s perfectly healthy. Rehoming fee is $50. Please email for pictures.
