NFI Clamp Driver FULL-TIME $19/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus 2289 E Orangethorpe Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831 Pay Range is $18.00- $20.00 depending on shift. 1st shift - $18/hour 2nd shift - $19/hour Weekend shift - $20/hour "The Clamp Truck Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform verifier duties in addition to his or her own. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull or other powered equipment Pulls and prepares products for shipment Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods Fill out all pre/post shift equipment inspection forms. Schedule - Shift start: 6:00AM or 8:00AM or 2:00PM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: First Shift M-F 6am-2:30pm Second Shift M-F 2pm-10:30pm Weekend Warrior Wed - Sunday 8am - 4:30pm Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Qualifications - • At least 6 months Clamp Truck experience - • Willingness to become forklift certified - • Attention to detail - • Excellent customer service skills - • Ability to speak and read English fluently - • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours - • Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction - • Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head - • Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations - • Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed by the customer - • Must have attention to detail - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs Bonus $1000 new hire incentive Sign On Bonus $500 after 30 days, remaining $500 after 90 days About NFI NFI is a leading international third party logistics provider with customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses.
