Hello! We're looking for a trust and reliable person to help haul away trash along with a bunch of other tasks for a property in Baltimore city! Scope of work: 1) Paint: Paint the walls, trims, doors, stairs and all necessary spots. 3 floor townhouse. 2) Plumber: Needed a plumber to evaluate and fix a hot water heater. (Budget: Based on evaluation) 3) Carpenters: Repair Damaged patio, install handrail in the basement, repair damaged walls on the second floor. (Budget: Based on evaluation) Requirements: MUST have their own BOX TRUCK.
