We work with skilled baristas to fill one-off shifts at cafes around your city Variety of shift locations, days and times available HOW DOES IT WORK? Cafes, coffee bars and special events book shifts through us whenever they need some extra coverage We alert our awesome baristas (you!) whenever a shift becomes available You simply reply to claim the shift if you’re interested WHO YOU ARE: 2+ years specialty coffee experience Confident in dialing in and consistently extracting balanced espresso shots Comfortable with exploring new environments, menus, and asking for help with needed Interest in exploring your local coffee community and a variety of bar operations Latte art is a strong plus!
