We are seeking experienced electrical construction/labor candidates or entry-level candidates to deliver quality to our field installations Light, switches, outlet Familiarity with hand tools and light equipment is preferred for installation, production, and maintenance of our properties programs. Our field technician will become familiar with an array of materials and skills, and manage our supplies and time responsibly. If you enjoy working with your hands and like to have different tasks from day to day this is the place for you. Applicant Requirements: Candidate must be professional, have problem-solving skills, and take directions well Candidate must have basic knowledge of power tools, construction skills, etc. Candidate must be able to frequently lift 75+ lbs. Candidate must be comfortable working from ladders (up to 20 ft) The candidate must be willing to work in an outdoor field environment, in all weather conditions Preferred Experience: Experience painting Experience working with Construction or Carpentry Excellent communication skills Capable of following detail to the instruction
