Property Impressions LLC is a family owned business for three years and growing. Painting is a skill that we have come to master. We take pride in providing precise cut in work. We provide touch-up, Basic, Full paint and drywall for apartments/ townhomes. We are in need of a Part- time (as needed) painter/ maintenance to assist our lead painter with: full paint/ 2 tone/ 3 tone/ repaint/ color change, drywall ect. We are looking for a part time prepper( as needed) to assist in prepping for paint. Such as: taping, masking, picking up trash, running errands and assisting the painter. REQUIREMENTS: * Must be RELIABLE and on time to jobs *Must be well groomed and ready to work *Must speak respectfully and professional *Must be able to follow directions *Must be able to work with a team or independent * Must be able to move easily and work outside in Arizona weather * Must be able to climb 24’-32’ ladders * Must be able to lift 50 lbs * Must have transportation to get to and from each property during the day * Must have a valid Arizona DL * Must have a cell phone to receive schedule * Must have own basic tools * Must have own paint sprayer * Must wear painter 'whites'. Shirts * Must be able to work varying shift from 6:00AM-5:30PM Monday- Friday * Saturdays upon request (not required) *Must have an updated resume If you have all the above requirements please reach out ASAP for an interview.
