iStaffing is hiring a Dispatch Clerk in the city of Fontana, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM plus OT as needed Pay Rate: $18.00 Responsibilities Daily Shipping Log Dispatching Drivers Calling Carriers for status of pick ups Sending BOL to Customers Scheduling Carriers Scheduling Propane/Diesel Fuel Scheduling pick up for drip trailers Requesting missing BOLs from CSR End of day reports Correcting EDI erros Matching signed BOLS with copies Scanning and emailing BOLs Other duties as requested by management Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension Knowledge of WMS, BOL, and supply chain logistics RESUME IS NEEDED *** INTERVIEW WILL BE DONE *** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!
