I wanted to save the sob stories but time is running out. Family of 2 adults and 4 kids (last child currently due in a month) looking for a place to rent. We have the money for deposits and clear history for the paperwork, but we can not seem to be the first to put in an application (even staring at many rental websites all day.) We need at least a 3 bedroom place to rent for $1200 or under. Please help us find a place or give us any information you may have. Family looking for a min 3 bedroom rental for $1200 a month or under. Anywhere in Buncombe County or around it. Deposits ready and clean rental history. Non smokers, no trouble.
