Weather Tight Solutions is looking for hard working men and women to fill commercial construction positions. Starting pay is $20/hr. Experience in commercial roofing or other related trades is a plus, but not necessary. We primarily install flat roof systems, and architectural sheet metal products. Operating in a 200-mile radius in and around Central New York, we are fully insured, and family owned since 2003. All tools, equipment, and PPE required for installations will be provided on an as-needed basis, as well as per diems and hotels for out-of-town work. Job Requirements: - Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights. - Must be able to lift 75 pounds. - Must have OSHA 10 (or gain certification w/in 30 days of employment). - Must have proper work attire (shirt with sleeves, pants, work boots) - Must have valid license or own transportation.
