Description
A small sized cream colored terrier-type dog was sighted hiding in Concourse Lake. Medium-long length fur. Sighted on the Parkside Ave side in the clearingbehind the Concourse Lake sign.
Couldn’t get ahold of animal control so I called 911 and gave them all the information I could, as I was unable to get him (he was too far out).
