Established high-quality General Construction Company based in Santa Rosa is searching for an experienced Working Foreman to join our team. Ideal candidates should be highly reliable, team player, possess good communication skills, represent our reputable company well, and have 7+ years of experience in the trade. Our projects consist of New Commercial, Tenant Improvement, Facility Upgrades and Residential Renovations and Remodels. Tasks & Duties • Communicate effectively and interface with project team • Complete advanced carpentry tasks • Strong problem solving-skills; responsibly address issues and problems as they arise • Make informed decisions • Comprehensive carpentry skills • Ability to understand the overall scope of the job and plan ahead • Ability to interpret the design team’s intent and provide positive feedback towards solution • Read and comprehend structural, architectural plans • Knowledge of broader trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) • Ensure overall jobsite cleanliness and safety • Schedule and supervision of subcontractors • Mentor Carpenters & Laborers with a positive attitude • Conduct regular safety meetings • Conduct regular tool inspection procedures to ensure that tools are maintained in safe condition • Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements • 7+ years carpentry experience • Possess a Valid California Driver’s License & good driving history We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including: • 5 Paid sick days • 3 Paid Holidays • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • 401K Contributions • Profit Sharing
