Summary: Work diligently to complete construction projects by planning, organizing, controlling projects, completing quality inspections, supervising sub-contractors, and providing excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Core Competency is the demonstrated ability to carry out the primary responsibilities of the job which should be reflected in the essential duties section of the job description. • Accomplishes construction objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring; adhering to policies and procedures. • Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance. • Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements. • Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. • Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders. • Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases. • Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes. • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. • Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Corporate Compliance Responsibilities: Understands and adheres to the policies and procedures compliance standards as set forth by Pool Quest, LLC. Ensure that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs. Job Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education:  High School Diploma required.  Work experience preferred. Skills:  Project management skills  Quality management  Supervision/delegation Skills  Estimating knowledge  Managing profitability  Attention to detail, Quality focus  Excellent communication skills.  Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.  Must have 2-5 years general construction experience.  Ability to multi-task.  Professional appearance, manner and speaking voice.  Excellent customer service skills.  Basic understanding of tools  Drivers license Work Environment Conditions:  Must be able to be at a jobsite for extended periods of time and work with exposure to noise at various levels for a construction environment.  Ability to handle deadline pressure as it applies to the department engagements.  Overtime may be required.  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis.  Position requires tolerance for moderate stress and ability to work with deadlines.  Ability to move, stoop, and/or bend over repeatedly as needed.  Ability to be outside for multiple hours a day. Supervision:  Supervised by Owner and Manager. Confidentiality:  Highest level of confidentiality required in all aspects including personal client information and all financial documents therein. Also includes knowledge of the firm’s financial, personnel, and strategic information. Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 Per Year (Depending on Experience) Benefits Offered: A.)
