I agree that he lied...what happen to your 're-call' several years ago, where did the $$$ go? The state/govt has always lied to the people. When they wanted you to vote on CO getting into the 'LOTTERY SYSTEM', they promise funds will go to school and roads, now they are redirecting funds for parks...NOTHING ABOUT SCHOOLS. THEY ALL LIE. D
