40-ish yr old guitar/bass/kinda sings looking for people to play with

I'm 42, I can hack around on the guitar and bass, keep time, but I'm a garage player at best. My singing skills match. I'm just looking for likeminded people that want to play some simple stuff, maybe put a garage/punk spin on some songs, etc. Can be slightly organized to have a decent practice. Have car, will travel within reason. Things I like - The Clash, Ramones, Pixies, Prince, Beatles, Johnny Cash, Sly Stone, Tom Petty, Traveling Wilburys, Billy Idol, Elvis (both of them), old punk, new wave, 60s pop, garage stuff, Motown, and so on. If it's fun to play and can be mashed with a few chords, count me in. I don't have a practice space for a band. I'm not too interested in gigging (my stardom reaches the level of backyard BBQ band). No attitude, no MAGA. Have a good sense of humor. Just enjoy every sandwich.
