The mission of Friends of the Pana'ewa Zoo is to promote the Pana’ewa Zoo, educate visitors, provide for special animal needs, enhance the lives of the resident animals, nurture the rainforest environment of the zoo and encourage compassion towards animals. The gift shop at the zoo is a fun, pleasant, supportive environment with air conditioning. If you have a few hours available in your weekly routine, we could really use your help.
