Bratwurst, Italian sausage, polish sausage, pork sausage, venison, summer sausage, links or patties. There are so many ways to make sausage. Retired meat cutter Gary Guth will share his technique for making bratwurst. He will share how to select the cut of meat to use, how to trim, grind, season, stuff and cook your sausage to perfection. His technique has been perfected from years of working in the meat cutting industry. Women and men aged 16 or older are welcome to attend. Hunters will gain invaluable lessons just in time for deer hunting season. This is a hands-on demonstration held at the Flour Pot, classroom kitchen. Sampling the finished product will make this a must do event!
