Hello- I am looking for a reliable hands on contractor that has experience in Floors, Framing, Painting, Running New Plumbing, Doors, and tile. I have a ADU that needs to be remodeled. Below is a list of items needed -Install 10 ft beam to support soffit, ceiling -Drywall/Paint -Run new plumbing to toilet, sink, shower -Replace 5 ft window with 5 ft slider -Install new flooring (laminate) -Tile small shower -Pop in new recessed lights -Bathroom door install I will pay for all materials. You must have all your own tools and be able to work M-F and weekends if desired. Must have photo ID. Please send over photos of previous work completed. Also email me your contact info.
