• Weekly cleaning of swimming pool and chemical balancing • Mow | Edge | Trim | Clear grass and hard surfaces • Weeding for all mulch beds • Leaf Removal from lawn and mulch beds • Add mulch to beds and around trees • Monthly debrief and lessons learned QUALIFICATIONS: Required High School Graduate or GED 3+ Years of post high school/GED experience Promoted at least 3 times Valid Driver's license Authorized to work in the Unites States Strong technical, research, problem solving and collaboration skills, including strong knowledge A track record that demonstrates the consistent capacity to evolve quickly, influence others and execute in a dynamic, fast paced environment Physical Requirements of the Job: Bending or twisting the body. Keeping or regaining balance. Kneeling, crouching, and squatting. Pushing or pulling objects. Bending and stooping. Move or lift objects up to 50 pounds. Environmental Elements of the job: Work outdoors in extreme heat or cold. Sounds or noise levels that are distracting and uncomfortable.
