Friday, October 21, 2022 Door opens 6:30pm / Screening begins 7:00pm $20 Admission In-person Meet & Greet / Q&A Session: Director Patricio Ginelsa and soundtrack artists Prometheus Brown (Blue Scholars) and Era (Sendai Era). Bonus: Every ticketholder will receive a FREE digital copy of LUMPIA WITH A VENGEANCE: INTERLUDE #2 comic book, sporting an exclusive FANHS Greater Seattle variant cover celebrating Filipino American History Month by artist CESAR CUEVA. Culminating a remarkable film festival circuit run that concluded at a sold out San Diego Comic-Con premiere, “Lumpia with a Vengeance,” the popular, award-winning, Filipino American indie comedy feature will roll out nationally in multiple cities beginning September 30 and throughout Filipino American History Month in October. Directed by Patricio Ginelsa and filmed primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, “Lumpia with a Vengeance” stars former UFC champion Mark Muñoz, April Absynth (STARZ “Blindspotting”, Katrina Dimaranan (Miss Philippines Universe Tourism 2021), Darion Basco, Danny Trejo (“Machete”) and a talented ensemble and is a re-telling of Ginelsa’s first-ever micro-budget feature titled, “Lumpia.” The theatrical release is co-presented by the Filipino American National Historical Society (FANHS) and One Down.
