Hello friends and soon to be friends! For October, Makers Alley invited Our Night Out Wilmington to a Halloween Party – and we said yes! Dress in costume and win prizes – Makers Alley will be decked out for Halloween and will be awarding prizes! And of course, dressing up is optional. WHAT IS OUR NIGHT OUT WILMINGTON? Our Night Out Wilmington is an LGBTQ+ social group. The group was created to crowd-storm local establishments in Wilmington to both raise visibility of our community and create fun opportunities to socialize, network, and have fun in the process. As a richly diverse city, we warmly welcome people of color and all gender identities at each and every event in order for us to become a truer reflection of that diversity. Our Night Out Wilmington is free. Free to join, free to enter each venue. You just pay for your own food & drink. To keep scheduling easy and consistent, our events will be held on the third Thursday of each month. WHAT IS MAKERS ALLEY? Makers Alley is an indoor-outdoor restaurant and beer garden that includes 24 beers on tap, a 1964 airstream converted into a working kitchen, games, and a historic-meets-contemporary interior. It’s also been named Delaware Today magazine’s best after-work drinks 2021 and hippest city hangout 2020. PARKING You can find parking on the street around the neighborhood or at 801 N Orange St. There is also a parking lot at 8th & West right across the street from Makers.
