Dinner and Vaping Prevention Presentation for Parents/Guardians of Youth Parents and guardians of youth are invited to join us for a FREE dinner from Zax Restaurant, and a 45 minute presentation from USU Extensions Be Epic, Escape the Vape team, on how parents can talk to their youth about the dangers of e-cigarettes/vaping. Time and Location Time: 6:30PM-8PM MST Date: Thursday, November 10th, 2022 Location: The Lecture Hall at Margret Hopkin Middle School 439 S 100 E Moab, UT Free Dinner and Swag Bags! This event is open to Grand County residents 18 years and older. Event includes a free meal for the first 50 registered participants. Free swag bags will also be handed out to all attendees who have registered on Eventbrite. *Pre and post surveys will be given to participants​ at the event. If you live in Grand County and you are a parent/guardian of a child in 5th-12th grade, this event is for you! With e-cigarettes growing in popularity and appealing to youth, chances are your child has encountered them, or will encounter them at some point. We want to give you the most up-to-date information on e-cigarettes and how you can talk to your youth about them, and dinner is on us!
