What you will receive:    Competitive wage - Start at $22.84 + $0.85/hr shift differential and within a year earn a minimum of   Opportunity to work for a company that values their employees Unlimited opportunities for growth Direct hire Great benefit package Supportive leaders that aim to make their team shine Comprehensive training program Opportunity to work for a leader in their industry What you will be doing:   Working on the modified production line where you'll be operating machinery and ensuring that raw materials are fed properly through machines Resolving line stoppages, clearing equipment jams Verifying finished products against quality specifications, and ensuring that products are properly prepared for shipment Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks at regular intervals with measuring tools  Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instruction. Operating a forklift  Enter waste, downtime data into system. General housekeeping duties and anything else assigned  What you will need:   A modified Dupont schedule (Having full flexibility is a must, days and shifts rotate week to week)  Forklift experience is an asset Access to reliable transportation is preferred - this position is based in SUMAS, WA and commuting is required Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time Manual dexterity Attention to detail Ability to follow direction and specific instructions If you are looking for a company that is established and eager to grow their employees, look no further!
