***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE*** We are a mid-sized general contractor based out of Fells Point in Baltimore. We perform residential and commercial projects mainly in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Anne Arundel County. This position comes with paid holidays, vacation time and year-end bonuses based on performance. Our company is growing rapidly and there is plenty of opportunity for raises and advancement for the right candidate. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable working in a small business. We need a knowledgeable, hard worker who can function independently and as part of a team. This is not a supervisory position, but you will be required to instruct less skilled team members at times. A successful candidate must have several years of experience in some or all of the following areas: framing, cabinetry, finish detail work, basic low voltage and plumbing repairs. Applicant must have their own vehicle and be willing to travel to job sites in the MD, DC area. Applicant must also have their own set of tools and be able to pass a basic background check.
