Part-time, live-in position (20-30 hours/week - mostly Mon.-Fri.) on a private family horse ranch to mend fences, repair water lines, minor repairs as needed, feed animals, handle gardening/weeds, and typical handyman/ranch tasks. This hands-on position is for an experienced person, with employment references, who is able to work alone, without supervision, training or drama. 30' trialer + utilities provided. CA. License + Good DMV record + employment eligibility documentation needed. Pick-up truck and tractor experience preferred. No under-the-table cash payments. Must pass background check. Own transportation needed as the ranch is a 15 minute drive from the closest public services. This is a low stress position which often permits flexible work hours. Seniors encouraged to apply.
