FREE Youth Trauma Painting Workshop w/Mary Beth Dallman 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at the Blue Zones Project Brevard office (all supplies included) Downshift with purpose at this free youth workshop. Discover how to release past trauma through creativity and awareness. Open to ages 10-18. Mary Beth Dallman is a Certified Behavioral Specialist, ICF Life Coach, EQ certified and holds as Masters in Education and has over eighteen years of experience in mediation training. The content of the sessions are about connecting colors to emotions. 10 spots available.
