Ride your E-bikes! A bike jaunt through RWC-San Carlos-San Mateo corridor

In partnership with Peninsula Clean Energy, SVBC is hosting an e-bike friendly (encouraged!) ride to visit three Caltrain stations in between Redwood City and San Mateo. You'll also have the chance to learn about Bike Link lockers and how they can ease the worries about your bike's safety during your commute and/or weekend adventures! We will meet at the Redwood City Caltrain station and then casually ride to the San Carlos station. Shortly after that we'll head towards the Hillsdale station in San Mateo. At each station we'll learn about the access by bike and have opportunities to chat with folks directly involved in said stations. Along the way we'll have a Bike Link locker demonstration by Caltrain's very own Dan Provence, who'll show us how easy to use and safe the lockers are. If you want to head back to the Redwood station by Caltrain stay after the ride to learn "how-to take-your-bike-onCaltrain" by SVBC staff! Staff will be available for Q+A and general guidance and best practices! Interested in volunteering to help make this ride happen? When you get your ticket, register as a Volunteer Ride Leader to wear a vest, ride as a middle support or a sweep, and be trained in Ride Leadership.
