Office Space Atlanta is seeking a part-time Building Operations Attendant! This is a brand new position with a growing company. The Building Operations Attendant will be offering services Monday through Friday from 2pm-6pm. Additionally, the days and locations are subject to change based on property needs; the building manager may need to accommodate additional property management duties on an as-needed basis. It is the duty of the building operations attendant to perform all essential job functions and duties, including maintenance and office duties. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with other team members. They should also possess a professional and friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors. From time to time, the Company may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the position. These include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Maintenance duties as needed on the property Greet and facilitate during open house as needed Stock office supplies General building cleaning Greet visitors at office Invoice management Complete various weekly and monthly property audits Manage tenant renewal workflow Assist with marketing efforts Assist with tenant onboarding in Yardi Qualifications: Experience with administrative and clerical work General maintenance proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Google Docs as well) Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask Friendly and upbeat demeanor Ability to lift more than 30-50 pounds (ie.paint, ladder, trash) Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions Ability to stand/walk for periods of time Ability to work onsite from 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday Cell phone and Laptop Reliable transportation The ideal candidate lives in close proximity to South Atlanta and will travel to multiple office parks on a daily basis. This is an independent contractor position. The pay is $18.75 per hour and will be paid out bi-weekly.
