This class will of course be all levels friendly, but be prepared (and excited!) to try things you may have thought your body wasn't capable of doing yet! You might break a lil sweat so bring a towel and some water. Aside form those things you'll just need to bring a yoga mat and an open mind!
Your body can do it, we'll just work on convincing your mind that it can. ;)
*IMPORTANT: Doors WILL be locked once class starts for safety purposes as well as to not interupt the experience of our students. (But mostly for safety and peace of mind). Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to find parking and get settled in. Once the doors are locked, they are locked.
Bring a yoga/workout mat, a towel and a friend!
Note: This class is FREE. Period. If after class you feel moved to donate something to help me cover the cost of the venue, sure, I'll share my venmo and cashapp below. But please do not allow the pressure of a payment to be what determines your attendance! 🤍
