She leads a department of Agile Coaches and Data Analysts who help guide internal Product Leaders towards new ways of working and thinking. She is a home-based associate in Saint Helena Island, SC. She grew up in Western Washington at the base of Mount Si in Snoqualmie, WA. Prior to joining Edward Jones, Amy worked at Boeing for nine years in Washington State where she held a variety of roles in the business and IT including, Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager and Business and Financial Analysts. One of her favorite roles she held while at Boeing was as a Facilities Project Manager where she managed a multi-million-dollar project that included a building demolition, new build, and a remodel. The project completed the 737 Delivery Center which is where Boeing delivers new airplanes. It was an intense, exciting, and very dynamic project that she enjoyed spearheading to success. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Charleston Southern University and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from City University. Amy also holds a few agile certifications from SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Villanova University. Amy has spoken at the RTE Global Summit in 2020 where she inspired the crowd with a discussion about how Diversity & Inclusion is the Heart of the ART! Amy has been blissfully married to her husband, Dustin, for nine years and they have two young girls, Julia (6.5) and Tessa (4.5). As a family, they are committed to their faith, family dinners, and staying connected by the daily practice of discussing each other's "Roses and Thorns" for the day. In her spare time, Amy enjoys writing and reading self help books. She loves searching for Sea Glass on the beach, baking, cooking, meal planning, and curating adventures for her family to enjoy together.
