It features men’s and coed divisions, raffles, live auctions, prizes for the winners, a special ceremony honoring Ray Roberts, and a Friday night bracket blind draw in the center of a giant cornhole tournament. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit Ray’s family in their time of need. THE DETAILS Men’s & Coed Divisions Double-Elimination Tournament Bracket Blind Draw Trophies for 1st and 2nd Place in Each Division Tournament Fee: $350 Non-Refundable Deposit: $100 The Must-Haves Upgrades: $50 each THE SCHEDULE Friday, November 4th Cornhole Tournament: 6pm start time Softball Tournament Bracket Blind Draw: 9pm Saturday, November 5th First Game: 8am Ceremony Honoring Ray Roberts: 11am Championship Games: 9pm THE MUST-HAVE UPGRADES – PRE-PURCHASE AVAILABLE MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME Designated Home Run Hitter Pass: $50 – Have someone who can’t stop hitting bombs? Get the DHH Pass and they can go yard all weekend long. Unlimited Runner Pass: $50 - The Unlimited Runner Pass allows your fastest player to pinch run for anyone at any time. Coed teams will get an Unlimited Runner Pass for both a guy and a girl. Weekend Mulligan Pass: $50 – The Weekend Mulligan Pass is good for one mulligan per game so you can erase that pop up or dropped fly ball. DAY-OF UPGRADE You can buy additional homeruns before each game for $10. Can use up to 3 per game. RAY “TOO EASY” RULES USA Softball Rules with the following additions: Old school base distance shortened to 65 feet Leadoff hitters from both teams must bat left-handed at the start of each game Utah Make It Two Rule – if your team gets a double play, you’ll get a run on the board No homeruns unless you have a DHH Pass or purchased homeruns as a day-of upgrade Girls get unlimited home runs Pitching masks required Bring your own balls – must be .52/COR/300lbs balls. A limited number of balls will be available for purchase at the tournament True mat ball old school 6-12 foot pitching arch 11th batter in your game has a free homerun to hit Keep in mind you’re playing for a good cause! CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT Friday, November 4th Golden Eagle Regional Park We’re kicking off the Throw It Back to Ray Softball Tournament with a giant cornhole tournament! Professional cornhole boards will be set up all around Golden Eagle Regional Park. Nevada’s own Northern Nevada Cornhole will power the tournament through the Scoreholio app. You’ll be able to track your scores and rankings not only in this tournament but how you measure up to players across the nation. The winners will go home with trophies, and all the proceeds from your registration go to benefit Ray Robert's family.
